2021 North Oldham Little League Season
6/22/21  The sun set on a long spring season as the final three championships were decided in baseball  and t-ball and Coach Pitch finished their season with great weather Tuesday night.  The little ones in Coach Pitch and  T-ball took home some hardware last night and some got to play on the big field.   In Coach Pitch,  the Lugnuts Clayton Dawson is ready  for machine pitch as he finished off his Coach Pitch career with a ground rule double.   In major baseball, the Marlins scored  three times in the fifth inning as the beat the Yankees 9-6 for the Major League Championship.   In Minor Baseball, the championship game needed a seventh inning  as the Redsoxs edged the Brewers 4-3.    In Rookie Baseball,  Nationals went perfect 19-0 beating th Pirates  7-1  in the title game Congratulations to Sheriff Josh Roberts as rides into the sun set with two perfect seasons in a row. 

We want thank everyone that  that helped  make this season a success. from managers, coaches scorekeepers, concession stand  workers and umpires for their time to the league.  We want to thank everyone that helped with the clean-up days.  We want to say THANK YOU to all the team sponsors and supporters to North Oldham Little League. 

Congratulations to all the  league champions. Part 1 season is done and we move on to all-stars  and then fall ball.

We hope you and kids had a great spring experience for the spring season and are  looking forward to fall ball  or the 2022 spring season. 

6/18/21  It was a hot and humid night at Walsh Park on Friday with plenty of exciting games decided on the teams last  at bats.  In Major Baseball, the semi-finals started as the Marlins took down the top seed Braves 3-2 and in the night cap the Yankees dropped the Rays 5-1.  In Minor Baseball, the semi-finals had two one run ball games as the Brewers edged the Angels 9-8  and Redsoxs  topped the D-Backs 3-2.  In Rookie Baseball, the  Pirates   scored five times in the Third inning to beat the Twins 5-2 to advance to championship game.  In Rookie Softball, the Rampage scored three time in the fifth inning to beat the Scorpions  15-12  for the Championship.  Visit our website for game highlights of  each game.

6/17/21  Despite a small game schedule We had some great weather for some exciting games Thursday night at Walsh Park as the Kraus sisters Isabelle  and Lily had big nights for their teams.  In the Minor Softball Championship  Isabelle Kraus had a grand slam in the fourth inning to beat the Dynamites 13-9.  In Rookie Baseball,  the Nationals remained on track to the Championship with a 13-8 win over Whitesoxs.  In Rookie Softball,  The Rampage Lily Kraus had a big night in the field turning an unassisted  triple play and at the plate with a triple, a double and a single in the 16-10 win over the Wolverines. 6/16/21 Walsh Park was busy Wednesday night  with great weather as the first league championship was decided and couple of tournament upsets.   In Major Softball the Hornets won the championship with a 6-2 win over the Warriors.  In Rookie Baseball, the Pirates came back on the Bluejays to win 9-7.  In Rookie softball, the Scorpions knocked off the top seed Falcons winning 10-6. 6/15/21  With less humidity  the weather was great for ball games as Walsh Park  was busy  with some exciting tournament games.  In Major Baseball, the regular season  ended as the Yankees topped Dodgers 14-9.   In Minor Baseball,  The Redsoxs  defeated the Reds 11-7  for the last regular season game.   In Minor Softball, the  Magic  advanced to Championship game as they defeated the  Outlaws 16-14.   In Rookie Baseball,  the top seed  Nationals held off the Cubs 7-5.  The Whitesoxs came back  on the Mariners to 9-7.   Visit our  website for game highlights of each game

6/14/21 Walsh Park was busy on a hot Monday night to start Championship Week with Major and Minor Baseball  winding  down in their regular season and league tournaments starting in Minor Softball and Rookie Baseball.   In Major Baseball, the Braves took care of the Marlins  19-2  and in the nightcap the Rays clinched a playoff spot with 11-2 win over the Padres.  In Minor Baseball, the D-Backs  topped the Rangers 9-6 and the Angels clinched a playoff spot  with a 13-10  win over the Orioles.   In Minor Softball, the top seed Dynamites defeated the Cyclones 9-3 to advance to the Championship game on Thursday.  In Rookie baseball, their  tournament got underway as the Cubs took care of the Tigers 11-3  and  the Twins knocked off the Giants 8-6.  Visit our website for game highlights of  each game.

6/13/21 It was a hot one at Walsh Park on Sunday  with a  slate of make-up game  as softball divisions finished their regular season.  In Minor Baseball, the Brewers topped the Angels 12-6.  In Minor Softball, the Cyclones topped the outlaws 11-9 and the Dynamite defeated the Magic 12-9.  In Rookie Baseball, the Nationals finished the season with a perfect 16-0  record beating the Twins 9-2. In the second game the Twins donned the Cubs 6-2.  In Rookie Softball, the Rampages Kaitlyn Bissinger had the game winning hit to beat the Scorpions 15-14.  Visit our website for game highlights of each game.

6/12/21  It was a hot humid day at Walsh Park on Saturday, with teams fighting for playoff spots as the 2021 regular season is coming to a close.   In Coach Pitch for the Knights, Connor Teague hit a ground rule double.  In Major Baseball, the Marlins knocked off the Dodgers 19-11 and  in the second game  the Yankees Allen Mack had the game winning hit to edge the Braves 3-2.In MINOR Baseball, the Redsoxs held off the Angels 6-5 and the Brewers continued their winning streak with a 15-5 win over  the Rangers. In Minor Softball, the Dynamites had strong pitching from Payton  Claybern and Rori Davis  combining for 10 strikeouts in  a 15-2 win over the Magic.   In Rookie baseball, the Giants stopped the Whitesoxs 15-3, the Twins  edged the Bluejays 3-2  and in the Mustache game  the Cubs blanked the Mariners 5-0.  In Rookie SOFTBALL, the Scorpions came back on the Wolverines to win 17-15.   Visit our website  for game highlights of each game.  


6/11/21   The storms stayed away from Walsh Park as we had a great  Friday night  of ball games.  In Major Baseball, the A's held off a late rally by the Rays to win  12-9.  In Major Softball, the  Warriors  came away with a 9-7 win over the Hornets.   In Minor Baseball,   The D-Backs  stopped the Reds 13-9.   In Rookie Baseball,  the Nationals stayed perfect as they beat the Bluejays 18-8.  In Rookie Softball the Rampage  stopped the Falcons 12-10.   Visit our website for game highlights of each game.

6/10/21  After two lightning delays and the rain stayed away we were able to complete all the games with plenty of great endings.  In major Baseball, the marlins downed the Padres 6-2 and the Yankees won the Night cap 9-6.  In Minor Baseball, the  Brewers  defeated the Orioles 12-1 and the Rangers Liam Fleischer had the go ahead three run double to beat the D-Backs 11-9.  in Minor Softball, the Cyclones edged the Outlaws 20-19.   In Rookie baseball, the Tigers  Brody Hamm had the game winning hit  to beat the Cubs 7-6 and the  Giants Parker Philpot did the damage for the Giants  with the game winning hit  to beat the Pirates 9-8.  In the Rookie Softball,  in  seven innings  the Wolverines Bobbi Grace Perkinson knocked in the game winning run for a 23-22  score against the Rampage.  Visit our website for game highlights of each game

6/8/21  Despite all the rain before, during and after, all the games were completed Tuesday night at Walsh Park In Major baseball the Rays rolled past the Dodgers with a 12 run fifth inning to win 17-5.  In the night cap the  Marlins Grant Goss had a big night at the plate and on the hill as they beat the Padres 17-1.   In Major Softball, the Hornets  knocked off the Warriors 8-4.  In  Minor Baseball, the Redsoxs took care of the  Reds 12-4 and in the  second game the Brewers  rolled past the Orioles 14-3.  In Minor Softball, the Magic continued  their winning streak with 12-10 win over the Outlaws.  In Rookie baseball, the Whitesoxs stopped the Pirates 10-6.  In Rookie Softball,  under the lights the Wolverines defeated the Scorpions 16-5.   Visit our website for game highlights of each game.

6/7/21  The league entered  the final full week of the regular season  with teams trying to keep their playoff hopes alive or improve their seeding.  With hot weather and  with school ending, Walsh park on  was busy and we had some great finishes  to  the games.  In Major Baseball, the  Braves came out on 'stop against the Padres 4-3.  The Dodgers Nick Samuels had the game winning hit  in 11-10 win over the A's.  In Minor Baseball, the Angels Leo Quinones  base hit won the game 6-5 over the Orioles.   In Minor Softball, the Dynamites swept a double header  over the Cyclones by the scores of 14-5 and 9-8.  In Rookie  Baseball , the Mariners picked up a pair of wins  downing the Tigers 8-4 and edging the Giants 4-3.   In Rookie SOFTBALL, the Falcons Lyla Wolfe had the game winning hit in a 9-8 score against the Wolverines.  Visit our website for game highlights of each game.

6/6/21  We had a Sunday of make-up games, but a down pour of rain ended the day and wasn't  able to get  the late games done.    In Major Baseball, the Yankees stopped the A's  3-1.   In Minor Baseball,  the Reds picked up a 6-0win over the Rangers.  In Rookie Baseball,  the Tigers picked up their first win with a 6-4 win over the Whitesoxs.  The Giants had a big five run fifth inning to beat the Twins 6-1.  In Rookie Softball, the Rampage  defeated the Scorpions  10-5  in  rain shortened game.  Visit our website  for game highlights of each game

6/5/21  It was a hot day At Walsh Park on Saturday for some ball games.  In Major Baseball,  the Rays  knocked off the A's 5-1 and in the second game the Braves took care of the Padres 15-6. In Major Softball, the Hornets came back on the  Warriors with a 10-8 win.   In Minor Baseball,  the D-Backs came out on top over the Angels in  a 3-1 contest in the first game  and the Reds rolled past the Orioles 17-5.  In Minor Softball, the Magic  won 13-6  over the Cyclones.   In Rookie Baseball, the Nationals  remained unbeaten topping the Mariners 18-5.  The Bluejays bats were busy with a 21-9 victory over the Tigers. 6/4/21  Finally after a couple of nights of rainouts we were back  out on the field with plenty of exciting games  at Walsh Park on Friday night.   In Major Baseball,  the Marlins defeated the Dodgers 13-2 to keep their playoff hopes alive.   In Minor Baseball. the Brewers Matt Withrow hit a walk off homerun over the fence in the eighth inning to top the Redsoxs 2-1.  In Minor Softball, the Dynamites edged the Outlaws  14-13.  In Rookie baseball, the  Pirates  topped the Bluejays 14-2.  In Rookie SOFTBALL, the Falcons took care of the Scorpions  winning 16-6.   Visit our website for game highlights of each game.

6/1/21  After being off for three day for the Memorial  Day Weekend Walsh Park was busy  again Tuesday night .  We had some on  and off rain and drizzle but we were able to get all the games completed.  In Coach Pitch,  The Knights  Liam Teague had a ground rule double  Addison Newkirk had two hits. and  Caleb Hoffman climbed the fence for a foul ball in the late Minor League  game.  In Major Baseball, the Braves Sam Lye had four homeruns in a 19-4  win over the Yankees. In the second game, the Dodgers scored  three times in the fifth inning to beat the Rays 8-5.   In Major Softball, the Warriors played a extra inning to beat the Hornets 8-6.   In Minor Baseball,  the Redsoxs  beat the Rangers 18-2  and the Orioles knocked off  D-Backs 16-13.   In Rookie Baseball, the Nationals stayed undefeated with a 11-6 win over the Whitesoxs.  In  Rookie Softball,  the Falcons defeated the Rampage 11-6.  Visit our website for game highlights of each game.

5/27/21  After  Wednesday nights rainouts and great weather  Thursday night  Walsh Park was busy again with a full slate of  games and some exciting games. In Coach Pitch, the River Bandits Pierson Philpot and Cameron Hudnall each had a ground rule doubles.    In Major Baseball, the Braves remained at the  top  with a 7-2  win over the Rays.   In the second  game The A;s Pitchers  Carter Hounshell and jack Lindauer combined for 13 strikeouts and allowed no hits in shutting out the Padres 5-0.   In Minor Baseball, the Angels held off a late rally by the Redsoxs to win 6-5.  In the nightcap the D-Backs Kaleb Simpson had the game winning hit in the bottom of the sixth inning to beat the Reds11-10.  In Minor Softball, the Magic  defeated the Outlaws 14-8.  In Rookie  baseball, the Bluejays dropped the Pirates 9-1 and under the lights the badge shined bright as the Nationals took down the Whitesoxs 17-3.   In Rookie Softball, the  Falcons Frances Lay three homeruns lead the falcons to 13-6 win over the Wolverines.   Visit our website for game highlights of each game.  

5/25/21  At Walsh Park on Tuesday it was another hot and busy night with some  exciting  games. In Coach Pitch  The Knights Liam Teague bounce one over for a ground rule double against the Iron Pigs. In Major Baseball, the  Yankees fell to the Marlins 11-4.  In Major Softball, the Hornets came back on the Warriors to win 10-7.  In Minor baseball,  the Angels  scored twice  in the sixth inning to beat the Orioles 11-9. 5/24/21  It was a hot night at Walsh Park to start  the seventh week of the season on Monday night.  In Major baseball, the Braves jumped out to an early 6-0 lead  and didn't look back in a 14-5  win over the Padres.  In Minor Baseball, the Brewers bounced back from Friday night loss with a 18-2 win over the Rangers.  In Minor Softball,  the Dynamites came out on top as they defeated the Outlaws, 14-11.  In Rookie Baseball,  the Giants stopped the Mariners 8-1 as Levi Moore had a homerun, a double and a single.   In Rookie Softball, the Falcons  defeated the Scorpions 16-7.    Visit our league website for game highlights of each game.

5/22/21  It was a hot summer day at Walsh Park on  Saturday with plenty of scoring to go around.  In Coach Pitch the Riverdogs Camden Hill bounced one over against the Blue Rocks.  In Major baseball, the Yankees  defeated the Rays 15-2 and the Padres knocked off the Dodgers 13-8.  In Minor baseball, the Redsoxs rolled pas the D-Backs 16-7  and the Orioles topped the Rangers 12-10 in the second game.  In Minor Softball, the Magic  defeated  the Dynamites 18-10.   In Rookie Baseball, the Pirates rally came up short  as the Nationals remained undefeated  with a score of 8-7.  The Giants knocked off the Bluejays  11-8 and the Whitesoxs  Brant Wise had two run inside the park walk off homerun to beat the Cubs 8-7.  In Rookie  Softball, the top teams squared off as the Rampage  beat the Falcons 16-13,   Visit our website for game highlights of each game.

5/21/21  It was a hot and busy night for ball games at Walsh Park on Friday night.  In Coach Pitch,  Mudhens  John Crowder hit another ground rule double.  In Major Baseball, the Marlins had a six run fifth inning to beat the A's  8-2.  In Major Softball, the Hornets overcame a 5-0 deficit to beat the Warriors 6-5 on Kayla Cartledge game winning hit.   In  Minor Baseball,  the Reds took down league leader Brewers 10-9 as Weston Rice stole home for the winning run in the bottom of the sixth inning.   In Rookie Baseball,  the Twins took care of the Tigers 13-6.  In Rookie Softball, the Scorpions edged the Wolverines 21-20.  Visit our website for game summaries of each game.

5/20/21  A nice sunny day at Walsh Park Thursday night for some exciting  ball games.  In Major Baseball, the Braves scored five times in the sixth inning to beat the Dodgers 7-2.  In Minor Baseball, the Angels picked up their third win of the week with a 9-7 win over the Rangers.   In Minor Softball, the Outlaws   won 18-14 over the Cyclones.  In Rookie Baseball, the Giants giants took care of the Tigers 9-3 and the Whitesoxs edged the Twins 4-3.  Visit  our website for game highlights of each game.

5/19/21  At Walsh Park on Wednesday we had warmer weather and some great ball games. In Major Baseball, the  Yankees  took down the Padres with a 17-1 win.   In Minor Baseball,  in a fast paced game the Redsoxs came out on top with a 5-3 win over the Orioles.  In Rookie Baseball, the Pirates overcame a 10-6 deficit in the bottom of the sixth inning  winning 11-10  over Mariners on Gavin Schneble game winning hit.  In Rookie Softball, the Rampage scored 4 runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to beat the Scorpions 14-12.  Visit our league website for game highlights of each game.

5/18/21   With great weather  Walsh Park  was busy again Tuesday night with some exciting games. In Minor Softball the Outlaws Madison Barnhart had the biggest hit of the night with a homerun over the fence in the fifth Inning.  In  Major Baseball, the Rays scored 10 runs in the first inning to beat the Marlins 12-8.  In Major Softball,  the Hornets topped th Warriors 6-4 behind a five run third inning.  In Minor Baseball,  The Brewers rolled past the D-Backs with a 14-6 Win. In Minor Softball, the  Outlaws  kept the scoreboard busy with a 25-11 win over the Magic. 5/17/21  After Sunday  day off, Walsh park was busy again with a full slate of games to start the sixth week of the season Monday night.  In Major Baseball, the Braves six run  fifth inning was the difference  in 9-0 3 win over the A's.   In Minor baseball, the Angel swept a double header from the Reds with both games ending in 9-8 scores,  Max West  had the game winning  hit in the first game.   In Minor Softball, the Dynamites  pitching  of Payton Claybern, Simone Matthews and Rory Davis for a 18-2  win over the Cyclones.   In Rookie Baseball,, the National ran their record to 10-0 with a 6-3 win over the Cubs.  In Rookie Softball, the Falcons Gianna Lay three doubles  lead them to a 13-6  win over the Wolverines. 5/15/21  The busy crowd enjoyed the great weather for ball games at Walsh Park on Saturday.  In Coach Pitch the Lamkin brothers Ari and AC and Cameronb Hill each had three hits  and Lincoln Howard bounced one over for the  Riverdogs.   For the River Bandits Cam Hudnall bounce one over for a ground rule double. 

In Major baseball, The Yankees came back on the Marlins to win 4-3 and Padres was back in the win column with a 10-2 win over the A's.  In Major Softball,  The Warriors Bailey Robison and Bekah Townsend bats helped snapped their losing streak with a 8-6 win over the Hornets.  In Minor Baseball, The Brewers picked up a win over the Redsoxs and the Reds rolled past the Orioles 18-9.  In Rookie Baseball,  The Nationals remained undefeated by beating the Tigers 13-1.  The Bluejays came out on top against the Whitesoxs 14-9. 5/14/21  With great weather  Walsh Park was again  busy  for Friday night games.  In Major Baseball, the Braves  six run inning in the six inning beat the Rays  15-7.  In Minor Baseball,  the D-Backs defeated the Angels 16-7.  In Minor Softball,  the Outlaws knocked off the Dynamites 14-7.   In Rookie baseball, the Giants took care of the Cubs 9-4. 5/13/21  Thursday night  at Walsh Park  had a smaller crowd but some some exciting games.  In Major Baseball,  the Yankees took down   Dodgers 9-2 behind the pitching of Carsen Becker, Connor Joy and Jayson Ruffin.  In Minor Baseball, the  Reds took care of the Rangers 13-9.  In Minor Softball, the  Magic rolled past the Cyclones 17-9.as Asher Welsh had a triple and a double.  In Rookie Baseball, the Nationals remained unbeaten as they edged the Giants 8-6  as Lucas Saucier had a double among his three hits. 5/12/21  Another night of cool weather Wednesday night At Walsh Park for some exciting games. In T-ball, the Lake Monsters Adalynn Crabtree and   the Hooks Carter Darius got game balls for their play.  In Major baseball., the Braves received strong pitching from Sam Lye and Lucas Singleton to beat the Marlins 8-1.  In Minor Baseball, the Brewers  Braxton Taylor three triples lead to a 19-3 win over the Angels 19-3.  In  Rookie Baseball, the  Whitesoxs   put five runs on the board in the first inning as they beat the Mariners 10-4.   In Rookie Softball, the falcons topped the Rampage  10-6.   Visit game highlights at our website for highlights of every game.

5/11/21   Despite the cooler weather at Walsh Park on Tuesday night, the players bats are starting to warm-up.  In Coach-Pitch, the Mudhens John Crowder had a ground rule double. In  T-Ball .the Grasshoppers, Charleigh Curran earned the game ball.

 In Major Baseball, the Rays remained in first place with the Dodgers  with a 7-2 win over the Padres behind the pitching of Logan Poets and Porter Salisbury. In Major Softball, the Hornets topped the Warriors 12-4  behind the hitting of Kayla Cartledge three hits.  In Minor Baseball, the D-Backs bats were lead by  Colton Collins three hits as they beat the Orioles 19-4. 

In Minor Softball,  The Outlaws, Harper Edgar  had the game winning hit in the bottom of the sixth inning and Natalie Cheatham hit a grand slam over the fence  to beat the Cyclones 10-9. 5/10/21   The league started the fifth week of the season  Monday  night  with cool weather for some ball games.  In Major Baseball,  as two of the top teams  met as the Dodgers  prevailed over the A's 11-5.  In Minor Baseball,  The Redsoxs scored three times in the fifth inning to top the Rangers 10-7. 5/8/21  It was a cold Saturday morning at  Walsh park to start the day until the sun came out to warm  things  up.  There was plenty of exciting games for a Saturday slate of games.  In Major baseball, the Yankees took down the Padres 12-2 and the Braves came back on the Dodgers to win 13-10.   In Minor Baseball,  the Orioles picked up their first win as they knocked off the Redsoxs 10-3.  in the second game the Angels rolled past the Rangers 14-1.   In Minor Softball, the Cyclones held of the Dynamites  to win 14-13.  In Rookie Baseball,  the Nationals remained unbeaten as they beat  the Twin 10-6,  the Mariners took down the Tigers 11-5 and the Giants knocked off the Pirates 12-4.  In Rookie Softball the Falcons  edged the Wolverines 11-9.  Visit  game highlights at our website to see game highlights of each game.

5/7/21  It was a cool brisk night  at Walsh Park on Friday will all divisions having a game and some close ball games.  In major baseball, the Rays topped the Marlins 3-1. In Major Softball, the Hornets swept a double header over the Warriors 7-5 and 9-8.  In Minor baseball the Brewers defeated the D-backs 11-4,  In Minor softball, the Outlaws  defeated the dynamites 10-7.   In Rookie baseball, the Giants needed eight innings to beat the Whitesoxs 14-12. and the Cubs shutout the Tigers 8-0.   In Rookie Softball, the Rampage  held off a  rally by the Scorpions to win 13-12.   Visit game highlights at our website for highlights of each games.

5/6/21   Thursday night at Walsh Park, the rain stayed away for some exciting ball games on the field.   In Major Baseball, the  A’s  held off a late rally by the Braves  to win 9--8. 5/5/21   It was a cool breezy Wednesday night at Walsh Park with a big crowd and  plenty of exciting ball games.   In Major Baseball, the  Rays won in the bottom of the sixth inning to beat the Yankees 5-4.  In the second game  the Dodgers beat the Padres 9-1.   In Minor Baseball, the Rangers LT Fleischer had a big night at the plate as the Rangers came back and beat the Orioles 11-9.  In the night cap the  Redsoxs held off the D-Backs 5-4.  In Rookie Baseball,  the Bluejays picked up a 10-4 win over the Twins.   In Rookie Softball,  the Falcons topped the Scorpions 15-12.   Visit game highlights at our website for highlights of each game,

5/3/21  We started  the fourth week of games with early morning rain the fields at Walsh Park were ready to go.  The scoreboards awaited their opportunity to go.   In Major Baseball, the A's continued their winning streak scoring five runs in the seventh inning to beat the Marlins 16-11.  In Minor Baseball,  the Brewers blanked the Reds 15-0.  In Minor Softball, the Magic  was back in the win column with a 12-7 over the Cyclones.  In Rookie baseball, the Nationals remained the only undefeated team in the league with 5-2 win over the Bluejays.  In Rookie Softball,  the Rampage had their bats working as they beat the Wolverines 23-7.   Visit our website for game highlights of each game.

5/2/21  After a off day for Derby, with great weather Walsh Park was busy again with Picture Day  and a bunch of make-up games on Sunday with some exciting games.   In Major Baseball, the A's topped the Rays 6-4 and the Marlins edged the Padres 4-3.   In Minor Baseball, the D-Backs topped the Reds 9-8 and the Brewers rolled past the Orioles  16-11.  In Minor Softball, the Cyclones defeated the Outlaws 15-9.  In Rookie Baseball, the Whitesox stopped the Tigers 6-3 and  the Pirates  Ben Bush had a big day at the plate with two homeruns and a single in a 10-3 win over the Cubs.   In Rookie Softball, the Rampage held off the Scorpions 10-9  and the Falcons came out on top against the Wolverines  14-13.   Visit our website for game highlights of each game.

4/30/21  After two days of rainouts, Walsh Park  was hopping  with a great atmosphere  and great weather for ball games.   In Major Baseball,  In the first game the Marlins stopped the Dodgers 12-5 and the Yankees won the night cap with a 6-4 win over the B raves.  In Major Softball, the Warriors won 9-5 in the first game and the Hornets split the doubleheader with  8-7 win in the second game.  In Minor Baseball, the Brewers rolled past the Rangers 16-4 and the Redsoxs took care of the Angels 10-3 in the second game.  In Rookie Baseball, the Nationals held off a late rally by the Mariners to win 4-3  in battle of unbeaten teams.  In Rookie Softball,  the Wolverines  defeated the Scorpion 19-7.  Visit our website  for game highlights of each game.

4/27/21  At Walsh Park, the fields were dragged, striped and mowed and they were ready to go with great weather for some great ball games Tuesday night.  In Major Baseball,  the A's rolled past the Yankees 19-8. In Major Softball,  the Hornets pitching of Laken Nimmo, Kayla Cartledge and Madison Horvath blanked the Warriors 7-0.   In Minor Baseball, the D-Backs picked up a 10-8 win over the Rangers.  In Minor Softball,  the Outlaws  had two five run innings to beat the Magic  14-5.   In Rookie Baseball,  the Giants held off a late rally by the Twins to win 9-8.   Visit game highlights at our website for highlights of each game.

4/26/21   The third week of the season began with great weather and a busy crowd at Walsh Park,    In Major Baseball, the Dodgers downed the Rays  16-5.  In Minor Baseball, the Redsoxs scored five runs in the third innings to beat the Reds 8-5.  In Minor Softball,  the dynamites defeated the Cyclones  12-8.  in Rookie Baseball, The Bluejays defeated the Tigers 7-5.   In Rookie Softball, Rampage/Scorpion games was canceled.  visit our website for game highlights of each game,  

4/25/21  The sun finally came out around 1:30pm  to help dry out the soaked fields for  Sunday afternoon/evening make-up games at Walsh Park.  In Major Baseball, the Yankees picked up their first win   7-5 over the Rays.   In Minor Baseball, the D-Backs handed the Redsoxs 10-1 loss.   In Rookie Baseball,  the Twins Wyatt Burckardt had a big day at the plate to help beat the Whitesoxs 10-1 and the Mariners  knocked off the Pirates 8-2.   In Rookie Softball, the Rampage scored in every inning to beat the Wolverines  16-11.   Visit our website for game highlights of each game.

4/24/21  Despite the forecast for rain on Saturday,  the rain held off for the most part and we was able to get  most of the games done  except for a handful of games.  We had some high scoring games and several  extra inning games with some exciting plays.

      Picture Day was canceled  and will be made up on Sunday, May 2nd.  Picture times  for each team will be posted  next week.  Big Thank you to all the Minor Baseball  players and parents that helped with morning clean-up.

          In Major Baseball, the rays came out on top against the Marlins 7-2 and Braves need an extra inning to edge the A's 2-1. In Major Softball the Hornets/Warriors was canceled and will be made up at a later date.  In Minor Baseball, the  Brewers rolled past the D-Backs 17-1.  In second game Angels/Reds  was stopped 4-4  in the fifth inning and will resume May 17th.  

        In Minor Softball, the Dynamites defeated the Magic 12 -3 and in the second game, the Cyclones knocked off the Cyclones 14-5.  in Rookie Baseball, the Mariners went eight innings  against the Bluejays  winning 14-9.   The Giants won 8-5 over the Tigers.   Twins/Whitesoxs  game was canceled and will be made up Sunday at 4pm.   In Rookie Softball, the Falcons took down the Rampage 14-5 and Scorpions stopped the Wolverines 13-10.

4/23/21   Walsh Park was busy on Friday night with some exciting games.  In Major Baseball, the Padres shutdown the Yankees 8-1.  In Minor Baseball, the Redsoxs Keaton Neuner had a big night at the plate with  5 Rbi's as they beat the Orioles 16-7.  In Rookie Baseball,  the Nationals stopped the Pirates by a score of 9-7.  In Rookie Softball, the Rampage handed the Falcons their first loss winning 13-12.    Visit our website for game highlights of each game.

4/22/21  After Wednesday cancellations because of weather , Walsh Park was busy with warmer weather and some exciting games on Thursday night.  In Major Baseball, the Braves knocked off the league leader Dodgers with a 8-6 win.   In Minor Baseball, the Angels rolled past the Rangers 17-10.   In Minor Softball, the Dynamites held off the Magic for a 8-7 win.   In Rookie Baseball, the Bluejays came out on top in a 2-1 seven inning contest over the Giants. 4/20/21  It was another cool breezy at Walsh Park Tuesday night.  In  Major Baseball, the Marlins, Grant Goss and Levi Keck combined for 14 strikeouts in shutting out the A’s 16-0.  In Major Softball, the Warriors had a five run fifth inning to beat the Hornets 5-1.  In Minor Baseball, the Brewers knocked  off the Reds 8-1.  In Minor Softball, the Magic scored in every inning to beat the Cyclones 11-5 to end the night, before the cold weather moved in.  In Rookie Baseball, he Whitesoxs, Brantley Wise hit his second homerun of the season over the fence to help beat the Cubs 8-4.

4/19/21  With great weather,  Walsh Park was busy with some exciting games on Monday night.  In Major Baseball, the Dodgers ran their record to 3-0 with a 8-4 win over the Padres. In Minor Baseball, the Rangers over came a 5-1 deficit to beat the Orioles 12-10.In Minor Softball, the Dynamites scored 10 runs in their last at bats to beat the Outlaws 17-13. In Rookie Baseball, the Twins held off a late rally by the Tigers to win 6-3. In Rookie Softball, the Falcons scored in every inning to beat the Scorpions 16-10.  Visit our website for game highlights of each games. 4/17/21 It was cool breezy morning for a parade and opening Day ceremonies , a big crowd and a slew of exciting ball games for the day.  Thank You to LaGrange Fire Department for leading the parade. We recognized last year state champions, our 2011 LLWS team was back with parents and picked up their retired “1" Jersey.  Celebrating 30 years at Walsh Park, we thanked Mayor John Black, former Park Board Chairman Blake Hasleton, Jailer Mike Simpson, former league presidents Don Carpenter and Dave Magers for their support and service to North Oldham Little League during the past thirty years. Mark Votaw made a good first pitch to Logan Poets. The concession Stand stayed busy and it great Saturday to start the season.
    In Major Baseball, the Dodgers started the day with a 9-4 win over the A’s, the Marlins blanked the Yankees 5-0, and the Rays finished the day with a 6-5 win over the Padres. In Major Softball, the Hornets took down the Warriors by a score of 11-2. 
    In Minor Baseball, The Reds got the day started with a 16-5 win over the Rangers.  The Redsoxs knocked off the Brewers 4-3, and the D-Backs finished the day holding off a rally by the Orioles for a 4-3 win. In Minor Softball, in the first game the magic defeated the Dynamites 13-7 and in the second game the Cyclones beat the Outlaws 19-8.
    In Rookie Baseball, The Mariners defeated the Twins 7 -3, The Giants five run fourth inning was enough to beat Cubs 6-3.  The Bluejays Brooks Warren had the game winning as the Bluejays topped the Whitesoxs 8-7. The Nationals capped off the day with a 15- 3 win over the Tigers.  In Rookie softball had two one run ball games as the Falcons edge the Rampage 17-16 and the Wolverines topped the Scorpions 14-13.   Visit the website for game highlights of each game.  If there is no highlight it was because the scorebook was not kept correctly or the players names didn’t have first and last names.    Hope everyone has a great season.  WEAR YOU MASK!!

 

4/15/21 Finally a day without rain and we had cool breezy weather for Thursday night game.  In Major Baseball,  a six run third inning lead by the Braves lead to a 11-2 win over the  Marlins.   In Minor Baseball, the Brewers held off a late rally by the Angels to win 11-9.  In  Rookie Baseball,  the Cubs  knocked off the Bluejays 8-3 and over on field #5 the  Priates rally back from 5-0 deficit to beat the Twins  7-5.   Visit the website for game highlights of each game.

4/13/21  Despite some early morning rain the fields were ready to go for Tuesday night games.  In Major Baseball, the Dodgers rolled past the Yankees 18-8.  In Major  Softball opener, the Warriors defeated the Hornets 7-3.  In Minor Baseball, the Redsoxs downed the Rangers 14-2.   In Rookie Baseball,  the Mariners held off the Whitesoxs 3-2 despite the Whitesoxs Brantley Wise  homerun over the leftfield fence.   In Minor Softball, The Magic's Alex Summa had the game winning hit in the bottom of the sixth inning scoring Maddie Davis to beat the Outlaws 9-8.   Visit our website for game highlights of each game.

4/12/21  After a weekend of rain, the fields were ready for play.
